9	Save vs spells or change gender
10	Character may now speak with any apple trees, as spell speak with plants but permanent.
11	Wax apple
12	Fruit of knowledge, gain 1 point of intelligence

There is a 10% chance that another apple has appeared if the adventurers return to this room again, assuming that at least a week has passed since it has last been visited.
