The
blade of this dagger appears to be an icicle, though it will not melt
as ice normally would. It is a +4 weapon and when it strikes it does
an additional 1d6 cold damage. It is jealous and will teleport
it self to the owner's hand in all combat situations, not allowing
any other weapons to be used.
