The dome is made of glass, and if it is punctured, vat media will pour out, possibly doing as much as 1d10 damage from the pressure, depending on the size of the hole created. The amount of fluid is huge, as the dome is only the tip of a cistern twenty feet deep, with holes leading out from the bottom leading to various sites on this level, mostly the laboratories, manna machine rooms, and vat chambers.
