SURGICAL SUITE. The ceiling and walls are tiled in small green
tiles. A scuffed, torm, and bloodstained leather reclining chair is
in the center of the room. A lidded metal bin is in the corner.
The
bin holds right hand monsters. Within a round, they will force open
the lid of the bin and pour out.

Right Hand Monsters (AC 6; MV 6"; HD 1-4 hit points; hp 2 each;
#AT 1 claw; D 1-3; XP 7 each)
The
right hand monsters are made from actual right hands taken from
Triskelion vat men. Each has the wrist sewed shut and a small mouth
has been added to the palm. If a person loudly says "Stay",
it will cause the right hand monsters to be forced to make a saving
throw vs petrification or be paralyzed for 1 round. After that the
command no longer has an effect.
The
chair is on a metal pole, able to raise and lower, like a barber's
chair. On the back is a hidden switch. If the switch is flipped a
tray raises from the back holding surgical utensils and a false right
hand made of silver with ivory and gold decoration (1200 gold
crescent value). Up to three times per day, the hand may be asked if
a secret door is present. If a secret door is within fifty feet the
hand will point at it.
