ABANDONED CELL BLOCK. This cell block is unlit and the gralkin have
stopped bothering to patrol it. The floor is dirty with straw,
clothing, and rat droppings. All of the cells except the ones
labeled 'A' and 'B' are locked. The river running from Room 131 to
Room 145 passes under this room.
The
stairs in the east lead down twenty feet.
