SOUTH TRISKELION STATUE. This statue is of a crying man with a nine
tailed whip. The first person to touch this statue must save vs
spells or he will be weep uncontrollably for 1d4+1 hours. No other
action is possible (fighting, casting spells, etc.) other than being
led by the hand.
