LADDER. A deep pit is here. A wooden ladder is bolted to the wall
along the north side of the pit. The ladder is unsteady and rocks
menacingly while being climbed, but it will not break as long as it
is not mistreated. It leads down thirty five feet to Area 12A on
Level 2 of The Upper Dungeons.
