BURNT OUT ROOM. This room shows evidence of a recent fire: a smoky
odor, ash, and discolored, burned furniture. Three black smudges on
the floor are actually soot terrors.

A
metal strongbox is concealed under some burnt out beams. It holds a
tinderbox, 450 gold crescents in nine bags of 50 each, and three
bottles. Two of the bottles hold lamp oil and one is an unlabeled
potion of fire resistance (black, tasteless, smells of blood).
